Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • ½ cup arugula fresh leaves
  • 1 mozzarella cheese sliced, fresh, 8 oz ball
  • 1 to tomato , sliced
  • 1 avocado , pitted and sliced
  • basil leaves
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salt Kosher salt and freshly ground
  • black pepper Kosher salt and freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Layer slices of tomato, mozzarella cheese and avocado on ⅓ of the tortilla. Add a few torn pieces of basil leaves then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with kosher salt and pepper,
