  • 2 cans corn about 15 ounces, drained and rinsed
  • 2 avocados diced
  • 1 can black beans about 15 ounces, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
