Avocado Crema

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados pitted and interiors scooped out of the skin
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lime juice more to thin as needed
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust the seasonings to your liking: add more lime juice to thin it out, more sour cream for more tang, garlic etc.
