Avocado Dip Recipe (Avocado Crema)
Avocado Dip (Avocado Crema) Recipe - This avocado dip recipe is quick, easy and delicious! It comes together in five minutes and is delicious served with so many dishes!
Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado
- 1/4 /4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1/2 /2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the contents of the avocado from the peeling and place into a medium mixing bowl. Mash the avocado until fairly smooth. Then, add the Greek yogurt, lime juice, half of the chopped cilantro and the kosher salt. Mix all of the ingredients together with the fork until well combined. Place into a serving bowl and top with the remaining chopped cilantro.
Notes
- Makes about 1/2 cup.
