Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado pitted and peeled
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water or as needed for consistency

Instructions

  1. Combine the avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth. Gradually add water until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
