Ingredients
- 1 large avocado ripened
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 ounce plain greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- handful cilantro snipped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup water to thin the dressing if desired
Instructions
- In a food processor, add avocado, lemon juice and greek yogurt. Process for about 3 minutes until smooth.
- Add in remaining ingredients and process an additional 3 minutes. Serve with salad or use as a dip for fresh vegetables.
