Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado ripened
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 ounce plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • handful cilantro snipped
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup water to thin the dressing if desired

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add avocado, lemon juice and greek yogurt. Process for about 3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and process an additional 3 minutes. Serve with salad or use as a dip for fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Store dressing in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
