Avocado Fennel Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 fennel bulb diced small
- 1 cucumber diced small
- 1/2 red onion minced
- 1/2 cup cilantro fresh, minced
- 2 lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar optional
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 avocado diced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together fennel, cucumber, onion, and cilantro.
- Stir in lime juice, sugar, and salt.
