Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup PLAIN yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or bowl of stab mixer and pulse until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the content into a plastic container with a lid or popsicle forms and put in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or until they harden.
