- 1 avocado
- ½ cup PLAIN yogurt
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ cup milk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or bowl of stab mixer and pulse until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the content into a plastic container with a lid or popsicle forms and put in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or until they harden.
