Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or agave
- 1 ½ tablespoons of plant-based milk
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Notes
- Don’t omit the salt! It ties all of the flavors together, giving you a perfectly balanced dessert.
- Adjust the flavor after blending: Add more cocoa powder or a pinch of espresso powder for a deeper chocolate flavor, an extra drizzle of maple syrup or vanilla extract for sweetness, or another pinch of salt to round out the flavor profile.
- Let the pudding chill: Place the pudding in the fridge and let it sit for about an hour before serving to give the flavors time to develop and the consistency time to thicken.
