Avocado is great first food for babies. It contains healthy fats, it’s easy to blend and it’s delicious. Make it in your food processor or blender or simply mash!

  • 1 ripe avocado skin and pit removed

Instructions

  1. Add avocado flesh into a high powered blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve. If the puree is too thick you can add a little water or milk to thin, starting with 1 teaspoon and adding more as needed.
  3. Another option is to make a chunky avocado puree by adding avocado chunks to a bowl and mashing the avocado with a fork.
