- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley 2 teaspoons dried
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves
- 2 tsp fresh chives or 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 2 tsp fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 avocado
- Juice from 1 small lime
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor.
- Pulse until combined and smooth.
- Store in sealed container in refrigerator. Will store for about 5 days.
