Ingredients

  • 2 2 avocados peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1/2 1/2 pint grape tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 1/4 red onion chopped
  • 2 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1 Jalapeno pepper deseeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 1/4 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 2 2 limes zest and juice + lime wedges for serving (optional)
  • 1/2 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir to combine well. If you prefer your avocado salsa more smooth, pour into a blender or use an immersion blender to reach the desired consistency. Serve cool.
