Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup frozen avocado chunks or 1 fresh avocado
- 1 coop (25 grams) vanilla protein protein powder
- 1-2 Medjool dates
- handful of spinach
- 4-5 Ice cubes if needed
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
