Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Rich and creamy banana avocado smoothie with spinach, blueberries and protein powder is packed with nutrients for a complete meal in a glass!

Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • ½ cup blueberries*
  • ½ large ripe banana*
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 scoop 2 Tbsp protein powder
  • Zest from 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender (I use my Magic Bullet) and blend until everything is completely smooth. For a thinner consistency, add more oat milk to your desired taste.
  2. Taste the smoothie for flavor and feel free to add more banana, blueberries, a dash of cinnamon, lemon juice, or pure maple syrup, or honey depending on the flavor you’re going for. I love the flavor of the smoothie as is!
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass or to go cup, sip and enjoy!

Notes

  • *Use a frozen banana and frozen blueberries or add ice to the smoothie to make it cold and thick

  • If you have leftover avocado smoothie, you can transfer it to an ice cube tray and freeze it for later.
