- 1 lice whole grain toast
- 1/2 avocado sliced or mashed
- salt and pepper to taste
- red pepper flakes to taste

- 1 egg cooked the way you like it
- 5 cherry tomatoes sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
For Honey Feta Avocado Toast
- 1 ounce feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- red pepper flakes
Instructions
Basic Avocado Toast
- Remove half an avocado from its shell and pit and place it in a small bowl. Lightly mash it with a fork and add salt and pepper, or slice it.
- Spread the avocado mixture over the toast and top with red pepper flakes.
