- Half a baguette cut in half lengthwise
- 1 avocado mashed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 lemon
- 3 cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Toast the baguette in a pan over medium-high heat (using butter is optional)
- spread the mashed avocado on the baguette slices.
- Sprinkle with salt and crushed red pepper.
- top with lemon and tomatoes.
- Serve immediately.
