Avocado Toast Egg-in-a-Hole
The Avocado Toast Egg-in-a-Hole blends toasted whole wheat bread with a circular cutout filled by a softly cooked egg, topped with mashed avocado. This preparation balances creamy avocado with the mild flavor and tender texture of an egg cooked inside a crisped bread frame. The combination offers a satisfying breakfast or snack with contrasting textures and subtle seasoning.
Ingredients
- 1 lice whole wheat bread or whole grain bread
- 1 oz avocado
- olive oil spray form
- 1 egg large
- salt Kosher salt and freshly ground

Instructions
- With a heart shaped cutter or the rim of a glass, press a hole in the center of the slice of bread.
