This avocado toast is piled high with egg, bacon, green onion, and topped with lemon juice. This whole food breakfast is the perfect way to start your day.

  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 slice turkey bacon cooked and crumbled into small pieces
  • 1 boiled egg without the yolk chopped into small pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ lemon squeezed
  • green onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Toast your whole grain bread in a toaster
  2. Layer your toast with avocado, turkey bacon, egg, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and green onion
