- 1 lice sourdough bread toasted
- 1/2 avocado mashed
- 1 hard boiled egg
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread mashed avocado over the toast.
- Grate the egg with the small side of a box grater. Sprinkle the grated egg over the avocado toast and add salt and pepper. Enjoy!
