Make your classic avocado toast more filling by adding a hard boiled egg - a grated hard boiled egg! It has such a soft, fluffy texture and tastes so good!

Ingredients
- 1 lice sourdough bread toasted
- 1/2 avocado mashed
- 1 hard boiled egg
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread mashed avocado over the toast.
- Grate the egg with the small side of a box grater. Sprinkle the grated egg over the avocado toast and add salt and pepper. Enjoy!
Notes
- Top with hot sauce for a spicy kick.
- Add Everything Bagel seasoning for more flavor.
- Add a layer of spinach below the avocado for more fiber.
