Ingredients

  • 3 5 oz cans tuna
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 3 roma tomatoes chopped
  • 3 avocados sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional: celery and cucumber

  1. In a bowl add the tuna, red onion, roma tomatoes, avocados, dijon, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
  2. Stir everything together and serve immediately.
