Awesome Tuna Salad

This tuna salad is a classic favorite that mixes up well and tastes rich and creamy with slices of crisp celery and red onions for that added crunch. All comes together quickly and easily with pantry ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 4 (5-ounce) cans tuna fish drained (I used white albacore)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup diced celery
  • 1 teaspoon minced dill
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a medium-sized bowl combine the drained 4 (5-ounce) cans tuna fish. Add ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup diced red onion, ¼ cup diced celery, 1 teaspoon minced dill, 2 tablespoons pickle relish, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
  2. Stir the ingredients together until combined.
  3. Serve on bread, a croissant, or with a side of crackers!
