Ingredients

  • 22 ounces box frozen boneless Buffalo chicken wings
  • 8-10 tacos shells (as many shells as you have Buffalo wings)
  • package of bacon cooked whole slice form
  • 1-2 avocados diced
  • 1-2 tomatoes diced
  • 1-2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 8 ounces (small package) Monterey Jack cheese sliced or shredded
Optional toppings:
  • cilantro ranch dressing
  • blue cheese dressing
  • diced red onion

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken wings according to the package instructions. 
  2. Set out the remaining ingredients on a table for everyone to prep their own taco.
  3. Place a chicken wing in the taco, add cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce, avocado and top with either ranch or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
