Bacon Butty
A bacon butty is virtually unheard of in the US, but there is a love affair with them across The Pond. If you love bacon, this is for you!

Ingredients
- 3 rashers Bacon back or streaky (American) bacon, preferably nitrate and sugar free
- 1 roll soft, like a Morton roll (in Scotland)
- 1 tsp butter optional, really only to make it dairy-free
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a frying pan, grill or air fryer until done, but not super crisp and hard.
- Butter the bread roll, if using. Then add the bacon.
- Place the other half of the bread on top.
- Enjoy with a hot cup of tea!
