Ingredients

  • 1 medium head green cabbage
  • 1 lb. Bacon
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degress F.
  2. Cut the cabbage in half and remove thick stem. Cut each half in quaters.
  3. Mix parmesan with salt, pepper, paprika, brown sugar, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder.
  4. Arrange the cabbage onto one or two large baking sheets, and toss lightly with oil and coat into the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Wrap each wedge in a piece or two of bacon.
  6. Bake until cabbage is golden and crispy around edges and bacon is cooked through, about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with ranch for dipping or your favorite sauce.
