Ingredients
- 1 medium head green cabbage
- 1 lb. Bacon
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degress F.
- Cut the cabbage in half and remove thick stem. Cut each half in quaters.
- Mix parmesan with salt, pepper, paprika, brown sugar, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Arrange the cabbage onto one or two large baking sheets, and toss lightly with oil and coat into the Parmesan mixture.
- Wrap each wedge in a piece or two of bacon.
- Bake until cabbage is golden and crispy around edges and bacon is cooked through, about 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with ranch for dipping or your favorite sauce.
