Bacon Deviled Eggs - Deviled Eggs with Bacon
Bacon Deviled Eggs combine creamy mashed yolks blended with mayonnaise, pickle relish, and Dijon mustard, spooned into halved hard-boiled egg whites, and topped with crisp bacon bits and fresh chives. The result is a rich, savory appetizer with smoky accents and a hint of tanginess from the relish and mustard.
Ingredients
- 6 egg cooled and peeled, hard boiled
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon chives finely diced
Instructions
- Slice the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolk to a small bowl with a spoon and place the egg whites on a plate.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir everything together until it's creamy.
- Use a spoon to add a portion of the deviled egg mixture back into the hole of each egg white.
- Garnish with a generous amount of bacon bits and top with a sprinkle of chives.
Notes
- Use Dijon mustard over yellow for more depth in flavor.
