Bacon Egg Cups Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly coat a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place a slice of bacon in each muffin cup, wrapping it in a circle along the sides.
  3. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake the bacon for 10 minutes, until it begins to crisp.
  4. Carefully crack an egg into each bacon-lined cup, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Once done, let the bacon-egg cups cool for a few minutes before gently removing them from the tin with a spoon or knife.
