Ingredients
- 6 slices Bacon
- 6 large eggs
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly coat a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place a slice of bacon in each muffin cup, wrapping it in a circle along the sides.
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake the bacon for 10 minutes, until it begins to crisp.
- Carefully crack an egg into each bacon-lined cup, then season with salt and pepper.
- Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
