Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese , shredded
  • 12 Jalapeno peppers
  • 12 lices Bacon , cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the jalapenos in half through the stem removing the inside seeds and membranes and placing them on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese together.
  4. Fill each jalepeno half up with cheese mixture and wrap with a piece of bacon.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until bacon is cooked and crispy.
