Bacon Ranch Chicken Foil Packet

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts (filleted into 4 pieces)
  • 2 potatoes (peeled and slice into 1/4" slices)
  • 2 cups frozen green beans
  • 4 tsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 lices Bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Coat 4 large pieces of heavy duty foil with a non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place 1/2 a potato (peeled and sliced) in the middle of each foil.
  3. Top with 1/2 cup of frozen green beans on top of the potatoes.
  4. Place on chicken breast on top and season with the salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Ranch Seasoning Mix and place one tablespoon of butter on top for each foil packet.
  6. Add 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and the crumbled bacon.
  7. Fold up the sides of the foil. Then fold up the other sides to make a foil pack.
  8. Place on the grill over medium high heat or an campfire.
  9. Open the foil packets carefully and enjoy dinner!

Notes

  • You can also make these foil packets at 425 degrees F for approximately 45 minutes.
