- 10 oz (280g) scallops
- 12 pieces Bacon
- cayenne pepper
- salt
Instructions
- Wrap the bacon around each scallop and secure it tightly with a metal skewer. You can thread two scallops onto a skewer if desired. Season both surfaces of the scallops with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Heat the grill and place the bacon-wrapped scallops on it. Keep turning the scallops until the bacon is charred, brown, and slightly crispy.
- Turn the skewers so the bacon is grilled over direct heat. Grill until the bacon is nicely charred all around. Serve immediately.
