Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Recipe
This recipe features shrimp wrapped in partially cooked bacon, marinated in a garlic, lemon, and Old Bay seasoning mixture before broiling. The bacon fat renders slightly before cooking, ensuring it crisps nicely without overcooking the shrimp. The marinade gives a bright, savory flavor that complements the natural sweetness of the shrimp. The finished dish has a mix of tender shrimp and crispy bacon, suited as an appetizer or snack.
