Ingredients

  • 6 coops vanilla ice cream
  • 4 hots espresso
  • 2 ounces Baileys Irish cream

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Divide ice cream into bowls, or Irish coffee cups, 3 scoops per cup.
  2. Pour 2 shots of espresso over each ice cream cup.
  3. Add Bailey's one ounce per cup.
  4. Serve immediately.
