Bailey’s Mug Brownie

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Add in the liqueur, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Mix until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  2. Microwave for 60 to 75 seconds, until the brownie is set. Serve immediately with ice cream on top!
