Baja Fish Tacos
Baja Fish Tacos are a fun, easy and tasty way to upgrade fish sticks! Everyone gets to build their own ideal taco! Parent and kid approved!
Ingredients
- 23 oz. fish sticks 1 box, VandeKamp's Crunchy
for the baja sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream Daisy light
- 1 avocado ripe
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
taco ingredients:
- 4 corn tortillas or flour tortillas
- cabbage shredded
- cilantro
- sour cream
- Greek yogurt
- cheese shredded
- any other desired toppings
Instructions
- Cook fish sticks according to package directions.
- While fish sticks are baking, place all ingredients for Baja sauce into a blender and whir until combined and sauce is smooth 20-30 seconds. Pour into a bowl or squeeze bottle.
- Place taco ingredients and toppings into bowls and onto a table with the Baja fish taco sauce and hot fish sticks. Let everyone serve themselves and enjoy!
