Ingredients
- 1 round of brie, rind cut off top
- 1 ½ cup Cape Cod Select Cranberries, frozen
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (more if you prefer it sweeter)
- 3 tablespoon pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut rind off of brie and discard. Place brie on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Prepare sauce: Place cranberries, water and honey into a small pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Stir often.
- Once boiling turn down to low and simmer for about five minutes, stirring often until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust sweetness to liking. Feel free to add more water if you want to thin it out.
- Pour on top of brie and heat in oven until brie becomes melty about 10-15 minutes. Top with pecans and more honey. Serve immediately with crackers or sliced apples.
