Baked Brie with Cranberry

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • ½ cup Keto Cranberry Sauce
  • ¼ cup pine nuts toasted
  • Drizzle of sugar-free Keto honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper and place the brie on top.
  3. There’s no need to cut the rind off.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove and top with the cranberry sauce, toasted pine nuts and a drizzle of the honey over the top.
  5. Serve immediately, while it’s still soft and gooey. You can serve with my Keto Ranch Crackers or veggie sticks.
  6. The brie will stay gooey for about 10-15 minutes. After it solidifies, you can pop it in the microwave for about 10-20 seconds and it will become soft again.
