Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Brie cheese wheel
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup pecans chopped
  • rosemary fresh
  • Cracker sliced, for dipping
  • apple
  • baguette

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Use a sharp knife to score the top of the brie. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, or a small casserole dish.
  2. Top with honey, cranberry sauce, pecans, and fresh rosemary.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes. The cheese should be soft, but not completely melted out of shape. Move to a serving platter and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Serve the baked Brie immediately to enjoy the soft, dippable texture before it firms up.
  • Prepare dipping items such as apple slices, crackers, and sliced baguette in advance for convenience.
  • The rind stabilizes the cheese during baking; you may remove only the top rind, leaving sides and bottom intact.
