Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs , bone-in and skin-on
  • 4 chicken legs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with vegetable oil spray.
  3. Pat the chicken dry well with paper towels.
  4. Season chicken with salt, paprika and black pepper.
  5. Brush the melted butter onto the chicken.
  6. Cook for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through to 165 degrees and the skin is crispy.
