Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 to 3 chicken breasts 1 lb boneless, skinless
Instructions
- Add the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until combined.
- Place the chicken breasts into a large zip bag, add the marinade, and seal. Marinate for 30 minutes- 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375F (190C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the chicken breasts onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F (75C).
- Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
