Ingredients

  • 5 chicken leg quarters
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. In an over-proof dish, place the chicken leg quarters, season with salt, pepper, garlic granules and paprika, and drizzle over a teaspoon of oil.
  3. Bake for about 40-45 minutes until cooked through and the skin is crispy and golden.
  4. Serve hot!

Notes

  • I baked these chicken leg quarters at 220 degrees Celsius or 425 degrees Fahrenheit in order to crisp up the chicken skin nicely. You can also baked them at 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • I would perhaps keep an eye on them and extend the baking time by 5-10 minutes, just make sure they are nice and golden and super juicy.
