Baked Chicken Patties

These easy baked ground chicken patties are such a simple but delicious meal prep. These healthier Baked Chicken Patties Meal Prep are juicy and flavourful on top of being freezer friendly as well!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chicken
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 2 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup panko crumbs
  • ½ cup powdered Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • lemon for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 400F.
  2. Prepare two sheet pans by lining them with parchment paper and spraying with non-stick.
  3. While the oven is heating, mix all of the ingredients together. Do not over mix.
  4. Divide the mixture up equally into 16 portions before shaping them into patties and placing them out onto the sheet pans. I just roll them into a giant ball then flatten them.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Flipping them at the half way mark.
  6. Serve with a splash of lemon juice from a lemon wedge.
