Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 3 pounds chicken wings , thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together vegetable oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the bowl and coat well.
  4. Place chicken onto a large baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.
