- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 3 pounds chicken wings , thawed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl whisk together vegetable oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the bowl and coat well.
- Place chicken onto a large baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.
