- 8 oz feta cheese blotted dry, Greek, piece
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- ¼ cup honey Greek
For serving

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler.
- Place the feta in an oven-proof dish, preferably the same one you would use for serving. Pour over the olive oil.
