The result is a warm, creamy cheese with a balance of salty, sweet, and herbal flavors. Served with bread or crackers, it makes a savory appetizer or snack with a rich, gooey texture.

- 8 oz feta cheese see notes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp zaatar
- 1 tsp oregano
