Baked Goat Cheese Dip

This baked goat cheese dip topped with raspberry chipotle sauce is an easy appetizer that takes just minutes to throw together! Serve it on top of crostini or with crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 chipotle chile + 1-2 tablespoons adobo sauce, finely chop the chipotle
  • 10 ounce log goat cheese room temperature
  • 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Spray an 8x8 or similar sized baking dish with cooking oil.
  2. Whisk together the raspberry jam, chipotle chile, and adobo sauce. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt. Mix well with a whisk or rubber spatula. You can also puree them in a food processor.
  4. Dump the dip into the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer. Bake for 20 minutes or until it's bubbly and warmed through.
  5. Remove the dip from the oven and pour the raspberry chipotle sauce over the top of it. Serve immediately with crostini or crackers.
