Baked Haddock

Ingredients

  • 4 haddock fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Pat the haddock fillets dry with paper towels. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the cheese is slightly golden.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh lemon slices.
