Baked Ham with Brown Sugar Mustard Glaze

Glazed with brown sugar and Dijon mustard, this easy baked ham recipe is always a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 6-pound boneless, skinless smoked cured ham
  • whole cloves (for studding ham)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Score the ham into diamonds using a sharp knife and stud the ham with whole cloves. Bake ham in a roasting pan for 1 1/2 hours.
  2. While the ham is baking, mix together brown sugar, dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl. When the ham is done baking, use a brush to spread glaze evenly all over the ham. Return ham to oven and bake additional 30 minutes. Let meat rest 15 minutes before carving to serve.

Notes

  • This ham can be served warm, room temperature or chilled. Leftovers are perfect in soups, sandwiches, salads and more.
