Baked Italian Meatballs
Baked Italian Meatballs combine ground beef and Italian sausage seasoned with garlic, onion, Italian herbs, and a touch of heat from crushed red pepper and hot sauce. Parmesan cheese and seasoned breadcrumbs bind the mixture, and baking at 400°F yields browned meatballs with a tender interior. Baking simplifies cleanup and delivers a flavorful, hands-off approach to a classic meatball.
